Reno Awana Events will be held on February 8, 2025 - 10:00 to 11:40 T&T Bible Quiz, [break for lunch] then Sparks-a-Rama at 1:15 immediately followed by T&T AwanaGames) finishing around 3:30pm . Team Check-in for all teams is at 9:30AM (If you only have a Sparks team please check in by 12:30pm). Remember to have parental consent release for each participant (available for download on Information tab).

Signup and registration is being accepted when the registration link below is active. By clicking the link below, you will be taken to our third party registration service provider, EasyReg.org, via a secure connection (https).
Event Hot Dog Pre-Purchase
This is only for those interested in PRE-PURCHASING a meal to be ready during the lunch break at the event listed.
If you have a GMAIL address -- EasyReg (link below) seems to end up in one of your trash/spam folders, you will want to look there for your receipt. If you then add that email address (from EasyReg) it should solve the problem.
Our intent is to have the hot dogs cooked and wrapped just as they are scheduled to break for lunch (if they break early, you may need to be a bit patient) - if we have unexpected issues, we will do our best to get the meals out as quickly as possible.
IF your church group is doing a bulk order, please be sure to coordinate with them so we don't make you two meals.
Please list the NAME of the person picking up the items and GIVE them the emailed receipt in exchange for pickup.
Any group orders of 5 or more will have theirs bundled into bags with your name on them ready for pickup.
You will need to pay for these THREE DAYS PRIOR to the event to allow us for proper purchasing and meal planning.
